  7. Take a rolling pin and roll out the dough so it is very thin. Then, take a butter knife or cake icing spreader and lift the dough sheet onto an ungreased pan.
  8. Make sure the sheet goes all the way up the sides of the pan. Don't trim the sides yet.
  9. Dump the filling into the pan with the dough. If you want you can put another layer on top of the filling. Take a sharper knife and run it around the the outer edge of the pan.
  10. (If you put a top layer on DON'T SKIP THIS STEP) Cut holes or lines in the top layer to allow air to get threw the pie.
  11. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Put on an egg bath if desired.
