  5. Add a laddle of batter into the pan. Cook it with low heat for 3 minutes. You may cover your pan to cook it quicker.
  6. Open the lid. When the top side of pancake looks firm. You may flip it over. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer the cooked pancake to a plate.
  8. Continue with the rest of batter. You may add a dash of oil to the pan and wipe it off before putting another batch.
  9. Garnish your banana pancake with honey or maple syrup or mixed berries
