The ingredients needed to make Sour Dough Bread:
  1. Prepare Starter
  2. Get 3/4 cup Sugar
  3. Prepare 3 tbsp Instant flaked potatoes (heaping)
  4. Prepare 1 cup Warm water
  5. Make ready 1 packages Dry yeast
  6. Prepare Bread
  7. Make ready 1/3 cup sugar
  8. Take 1/2 cup olive oil
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp salt
  10. Take 1 cup sour dough starter
  11. Take 6 cup bread flour
  12. Prepare 1 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions to make Sour Dough Bread:
  1. Mix starter well until all is dissolved and place in a covered container. Allow to sit for 24 hours at room temperature.
  2. Mix all bread ingredients and place in a large greased bowl. Allow to sit overnight at room temperature.
  3. Divide the dough into 3 parts and knead each part for 2 minutes.
  4. Put dough in to a greased and flouredbloaf pan and let rise for 5 to 8 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
