  6. Take it out on a dusted kitchen platform n knock out the air. knead again for 2..3 minutes.
  7. Now roll out the dough in desired shape and place on a greased baking tray.
  8. Meanwhile cut the veggies for the topping n pre heat the oven on 160 for 10 minutes.
  9. For the toppings I have used chopped onion, capsicum, green olives and tomatoes. Grease the rolled bread with some butter and Place the vegetables sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste
  10. Sprinkle some dried oregano all over. Lightly press all the vegetables n place the baking tray in a pre heated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Take out when the bread gets a nice golden crust.
  12. Enjoy with ketchup.
