You can use only one kind of fruit, or mix different fruits together for a fruit salad effect.   3. Wack into the oven and bake for 50 to 60 mins or until it passes the skewer test. - - It should puff up a bit and dark brown in color. - - Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down completely. - - Once cooled, unmold onto a serving plate or cake stand. - - Lightly dust with icing sugar. - - You can slice and serve it warm or chilled. I prefer mine warm.
