Steps to make Eggless Dry Fruit Cake:
  1. In a bowl, add maida. Sieve baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
  2. Add salt to a pressure cooker and spread it evenly. Cover the salt with a plate.
  3. Place a ring or hot pot stand over the plate. Remove the gasket and weight.
  4. Cover the cooker and let it get heated on a medium heat.
  5. Melt your butter and add it to the mix. Next add sugar and mix well.
  6. Now add condensed milk and add all the chopped nuts and tutti fruitti and whisk the mix.
  7. Take a baking pan and grease with butter. Pour the mix and bake your cake.
  8. Keep for around 30 minutes. Do a toothpick test and see if the cake has baked properly.
  9. Keep cool and Cut into slices and serve. You can store your cake in the refrigerator.

Oats and dates Burfi and nuts laddu are some of my favorites. This eggless fruit cake can be made without alcohol as well. I have mentioned in the notes below. You must soak the dried fruits in something wether it is liquor or fruit juice. If added without soaking in the cake then those dried fruit will soak up all the moisture from the cake.
