  6. Prepare 2 tbsp sugar
  7. Make ready 1 tbsp melted butter

  1. Tear the white bread to smaller pieces and put it on a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour milk over bread until bread is well soaked (not puddle).
  3. Add raisins, rum, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Whisked the three eggs on a separate bowl. Once eggs are well mixed, add it to the mixing bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mixed well. Batter will look a bit soggy, but the oven will do the magic later.
  5. Preheat oven to 170°C, pour the mixed ingredients to an oven proof dish/mold.
  6. Baked the bread pudding for 45-50mins. Do the skewer test to see if bread pudding is cooked or not. If nothing stick to the skewer means ur bread pudding is ready.
  7. Let it cool before eating. You can eat the bread pudding warm, room temperature or cold. Depending on your liking. It best to served it with some custard.
