The ingredients needed to make Chocolate Bread Pudding:
  1. Take 6 White bread pieces
  2. Prepare 1 1/2 cup Milk
  3. Get 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup Sugar
  5. Get 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon Gelatin
Instructions to make Chocolate Bread Pudding:
  1. In a food processor add small pieces of bread slices along with milk and make a fine paste.
  2. Now transfer the whole mixture in a pan. Add cocoa powder, sugar and vanilla.
  3. Cook in a low flame and stir continuously as it starts to thicken and tends to stick at the bottom of the pan.
  4. Add 2 teaspoon lukewarm water in the gelatin to bloom it. Now add the bloomed gelatin in the pudding mix and mix evenly.
  5. Now pour the mixture in a baking pan lined with baking paper.
  6. Cool it for 2 hours or until properly set.
  7. Decorate according to your choice and serve. I have decorated it with whipped cream.
