  1. Sieve all the dry ingredients and keep aside..

  3. Add eggs to the batter one at a time and beat..
  4. Fold in the dry ingredients slowly in batches (using cut and fold method)
  5. Sprinkle little flour to the dry Fruits and gently mix it in the cake batter
  6. Finally add vanilla and pour the mixture in a greased cake tin lined with parchment paper
  7. Preheat the oven@180°for 10mins.
  8. Put the cake tin in the preheated oven and bake for about 25mins.
  9. The cake is done if a toothpick inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean or if touched the cake springs back.
