The ingredients needed to make Breakfast: Bread Pudding:
  1. Prepare 1 loaf sliced bread
  2. Get 3 cup milk
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup sugar
  4. Get 1/2 cup raspberry
  5. Take 1/2 cup blueberry
  6. Take 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  7. Take 7 eggs
  8. Take 1 pinch nutmeg
  9. Take 1 pinch salt
Instructions to make Breakfast: Bread Pudding:
  1. Preheat oven 250degree, grease baking pan with butter and set aside
  2. In a bowl pour milk, break in eggs, add sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, sugar and vanilla extract if you have any. Whisk everything together and set aside.
  3. Dice the slice bread in little bit and spread into a baking pan, pour in the whisk milk and allow it soak in for about 5 to 10mins
  4. Add the Blueberries and Rasberries into the pudding and send it into the oven for 35mins or less depends on the quantity and serve once its cooked through.
  5. Serve with hot coffee
