The ingredients needed to make Savory Bread Pudding:
  1. Take 2 cup croutons (I used Fresh Gourmet Classic Ceasar)
  2. Take 2 large eggs ( OR 3 small ones)
  3. Take 3/4 cup milk
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup diced onion
  5. Prepare 1 cup chopped mushroom (I used canned you can use fresh)
  6. Prepare 1 cup chopped broccoli
  7. Get 1/2 tsp dried parsley (you can use fresh)
  8. Take 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  9. Get 2 tbsp melted butter
  10. Prepare 1 salt and pepper to taste
Instructions to make Savory Bread Pudding:
  1. Preheat to 350°F
  2. Measure out croutons. Beat eggs add the milk–salt and pepper to taste.Pour milk mixture over the croutons. Leave to soak for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the onion, broccoli, mushroom, 3/4 cups of cheese and the parsley - mix well.
  4. Add the melted butter–turn to coat.. Put into a greased dish, topped with the rest of cheese and freshly ground black pepper — bake for 35 minutes
  5. Let cool and serve .
