Choco lava cake recipe is perfect for those late night dessert cravings. It's rich, chocolatey, with a molten chocolate inside. Plus, it is low carb, gluten-free and keto-friendly. I previously made keto lava cakes before and while I love those, I wanted to create a microwave mug version.

Instructions to make Choco Lava Mug Cake:
  1. Break the biscuits and transfer them into the mixer jar.
  2. Just grind them for a minute.
  3. Add milk little by little. You don't need a too thin or too thick mixture.
  4. After adding milk, once again grind it. The batter should be smooth.
  5. Take chocolates in a microwave-safe bowl and melt them.
  6. Add a little milk and mix well to get a thick paste.
  7. Now transfer the biscuit mixture into microwave-safe coffee mugs.
  8. Add the melted dairy milk into each cup at the center.
  9. Microwave for 10 minutes.
  10. The chocolate cake is ready.

Plus, it is low carb, gluten-free and keto-friendly. I previously made keto lava cakes before and while I love those, I wanted to create a microwave mug version. Not all mug cakes are born equal though. I tried so many that were akin of a rubbery sponge than anything else. So I gave up on them and surrendered to Cakey, moist and fluffy on the outside, with a pool of chocolate lava sauce on the inside.
