  2. Switch off the heat.set aside and add sugar and whisk till combined let it cool
  3. Sieve flour, baking powder and cocoa and set aside. Preheat oven whisk eggs and vanilla essence and set aside.
  4. Now add the beaten eggs whisk add milk and whisk now add the flour and fold in
  5. Put in a greased baking tin and bake at 170 degrees for 60 to 70 mins or till skewer comes out clean.
  6. Let it cook add decorate as you fancy. I layered it with an orange cake and decorated with whip cream.
