  1. Prepare a 10 inch bundt pan by rubbing with butter and then dusting with flour and keep aside. Preheat oven to 180.
  2. Mix the cocoa powder in boiling water and whisk until no lumps are left. Cover with a cling foil and let it stand till it reaches room temperature.
  3. In a separate bowl mix the eggs, water and vanilla and beat a little.
  4. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in another bowl. Add cocoa mixture and butter and combine well.
  5. Add the egg mixture in two steps and beat well after each addition.
  6. Add to the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Decorate with powdered sugar and fresh strawberries if any.
