  8. After cake has cooled, cut into layers of choice and evenly add enough pineapple juice/ syrup to each layer
  9. Whip the whipping cream together with iving augar and vanilla. Add corn starch for stiff peaks.
  10. Add whiping cream one bottom layer and your coconut and pineapples, and put ontop a nothee layer of cake. Until your cake layers are done.
  11. Cover the whole cake with whipping cream (colour of choice) and cover cake with remaining coconut. Finally top the cake with pineapple pieces or any fruit of choice.
