  1. Get 1 garlic baguette
  2. Prepare 1/2 bunch spring onions
  3. Make ready 75 g grated cheese
  4. Prepare 100 ml milk
  5. Prepare 100 ml 1/2 fat creme fraiche
  6. Make ready 3 eggs
  7. Take Salt & Pepper
Instructions to make Garlic Bread Bake:
  1. Grease a shallow baking dish with butter. Separate the garlic bread slices & lay them in the dish, you may need to squish them a little to get them all in!
  2. Top with he spring onions & sprinkle over the cheese. - Mix together the milk, creme fraiche & eggs. Season well with salt & pepper.
  3. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the garlic bread. Using a fork or your fingers press the slices down so that everything get fully immersed.
  4. Allow it to soak for 10 minutes. - Meanwhile pre-heat the oven to 180Fan/200C/Gas 6 - Place the bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown on top. -   - Serve hot.
