  1. Firstly, soak dry fruits in alcohol overnight.
  2. Take warm water, powdered brown sugar and oil and blend. Then add orange zest and vanilla essence.
  3. Sieve plain flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, cardamom powder and salt.
  4. Blend till the batter is combined and add squeezed dry fruits, almonds and walnuts to the wet ingredients and gently mix. - Transfer the cake batter into the cake mould.
  5. Bake at 180 degree Celsius for 40 min.
  6. For wine glaze mix the caramel sauce and wine together and pour over the prepared cake piece to garnish.
  7. Serve warm cake with wine glaze and ice cream(optional)
