3. In a large bowl, beat oil and sugar until the mixture is pale, fuff and well combined.
4. Beat in the flaxseed mixture and whisk in the milk. - In a separate bowl, add whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder and mix well
5. Add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients and add chopped apples and almonds and mix only until well combined. Don't over mix.
6. Pour the batter into the pan and add sliced apples and 1 tbsp chopped almonds on the top of the batter.
7. Bake at 180°C for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean..
