  8. Then add the dry ingredients slowly and fold in well
  9. Peel and mash the cooked apples
  10. Add the mashed apples to the cake batter and mix well(the batter will be thick)
  11. Grease a cake tin or pan with some butter
  12. Place a baking sheet at the base (optional)
  13. Transfer the cake mix in the tin and level evenly
  14. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done
  15. Let cool before you demould
  16. Slice and serve with sugar dusting
