Custard Cake resembles a chiffon cake with a topping of sweetened milk and egg mixture known as custard. At first glance, this could be mistaken as a giant Leche Flan because the topping resembles. Custard Cake is an absolutely delicious dessert recipe which is also known as Caramel Custard Cake. It is a combination of caramel custard with a chiffon cake as the base.

Custard cake is one of the most favored of current trending foods on earth. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes delicious. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. Custard cake is something that I have loved my entire life. They’re fine and they look fantastic.

  1. Get 1 cup maida
  2. Take 1/4 cup vanilla custard powder

Steps to make Custard cake:
  1. Take a bowl put maida, custard powder and baking soda in it. Mix it well
  2. Filter this dry mixture through sieve. Filtering will mix everything properly.
  3. Ready to take remaining ingredients. Blend the sugar in a mixer. Then put olive oil/ghee and milk in the mixer.
  4. Convert the mixture into bowl from the mixer. Mix the dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Mix it well. Put some dry fruits in the mixture
  5. Put some milk if needed. Now take a microwave safe container grease it with oil or ghee
  6. Put it in microwave for 4-5 mins. Then check with a toothpick the cake is ready or not. If not put a min more.
  7. Let the cake cool down. For garnishing make same holes with a toothpick on a cake. Then put some sugar in the fresh cream. Mix it well
  8. Cut the fruits in small pieces. Put the cream on the cake and garnish it with fruits
  9. Cake is ready to serve
