  8. I have garnish mine with thin strips of cheese, and served with fresh salsa

Pour the chicken, vegetables and marinade into a large skillet and heat over high heat. Remove from heat, stir in lime juice and cilantro. Return chicken to the wok or pan with fajita spice mix. Add the onion and peppers to the pan, season with salt and cook until the vegetables are just tender and starting to colour.
