- In a pan, fry onions and celery together.
- Once cooked, add tomatoes, reduce the heat and cover let the water in the tomatoes simmer away until you are left with a paste. Keep stiring occasionally.
- Add the tomato paste and they royco cubes and stir for a minute.
- Add the chicken cubes and alittle bit of water just enough to slightly cover the chicken. Let the chicken cook for 5 mins.
- Add the cooking cream and stir it in. Add the capsicum and keep stirring. Makr sure you are cooking on low heat. Cover and let all the flavours marry each other. Cook under low heat for 15 mins stir occasionally
- Serve with naan or white rice
