  19. Get 1/2 cup fresh cream
  20. Make ready 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  21. Get 5-6 tbsp butter

Butter chicken originated from using leftover dry tandoori chicken and giving it moisture with a creamy spiced tomato sauce — plus some butter, and we have butter chicken.   8. Cook on low flame till all the butter appears on the gravy.
  9. Serve hot with lemon and garlic naan.
