Reshmi kabab has its roots from the Mughalai cuisine. First of all, take a Blender, add chicken, Butter, White Pepper Powder, Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Green Coriander, Onion. Chicken Reshmi Kabab is made with Pieces of Boneless Chicken Breast, marinated in juicy mixture of Curd, Cream, Cashew nuts and Spices and then Grilled in Oven. It is one of the most popular Indian.

Instructions to make Reshmi Butter Chicken:
  1. Marinate the chicken for atleast 45 mins.
  2. Finely chop two onions. Heat oil in a pan and saute them till they turn golden brown. Remove in a plate.
  3. Add the sauted onions and cashews in the grinder with a little water and grind them till they turn into a fine paste.
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Put in bay leaves and the onion-cashew paste. Saute till they begin to leave oil.
  5. Add the marinated chicken and saute for 10-12 mins. Cover and cook well.
  6. Add the kasoori methi and garam masala powder. Mix well.
  7. Once the gravy reaches the desired consistency, turn off the stove and add the freah cream. Mix well.
  8. To give a roasted fragrance to the curry, in a small bowl, heat a piece of coal. Place the bowl carefully between the gravy. Add a tbsp of ghee to the hot coal. Immediately cover the dish with a lid for 5 mins.
  9. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
