  2. Prepare 3 x Peppers (1 Yellow, 1 Green and 1 Red)
  3. Take 2 x Onions (1 Red 1 White)
  4. Make ready 4 x Flour Tortilla Wraps
  5. Prepare 1 x Fajita mix (available as part of a "Fajitas pack" or in the spice aisle)
  6. Get Sour Cream (Optional)
  7. Make ready Avocado (Optional)
  8. Take Lemon (Optional)

Traditional fajitas with a colorful twist of flavor. Feel free to garnish with cheese, sour cream, salsa, etc. when serving. Instructions to make Simple Fajitas:
  1. Cut the Chicken fillets into strips
  2. Pre heat a pan/wok, add a little olive oil, and add chicken
  3. Cook chicken, turning occasionally until golden brown…. about 8-10 minutes
  4. Whilst cooking the chicken cut the pepper and onion into strips.
  5. Add fajita mix plus the cut veg until golden brown.
  6. Put the Tortilla Wrap in the microwave for about 40 seconds. Add the contains of the pan plus whatever extras you want…..! cheese, avocado, salsa… simple
