  1. Make ready Carrots
  2. Get Celery
  3. Take 1 tsp Garlic paste

  2. Fry onion in oil then add beef and cook till browned. Then add garlic, tomatoes, spices and give it a good stir. Bring to boil then add bay leaf, cover and leave to simmer for 20 minutes
  3. Cool spaghetti of your choice according to packet instructions. We love wholewheat pasta!
  4. Top it off with Parmesan cheese and enjoy! You could make your bolognese more exciting and add roasted aubergine cubes to it or red kidney beans
