  4. Get 1 Green Chilli chopped
  5. Make ready 2 Cups Tomato Puree
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Oregano
  7. Get 1 tsp Cumin Seed
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  9. Get 1/4 Cup Cashew Powder
  10. Take 1 Cup Milk
  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
  12. Get 1/4 Cup Coriander Chopped
  13. Take 1 tsp Black Salt
  14. Make ready 1 tsp Olive Oil
Instructions to make Avadhi Cauliflower Bolognese:
  1. Chopped flower in blender little coarse. In pan take oil on medium flame and give tadaka with Cumin seeds.
  2. Add capsicum and chilli, roast it well. Add flower and ginger paste. Add tomato purée and cover with lid for 2 mins.
  3. Once flower is completely cook and changes in colour, add cashew powder and milk along with pepper and oregano.
  4. Add boiled Pasta and salt in it. Cover with lid for 1 min.
  5. Sprinkle some cheese and coriander and off the flame.
  6. Bolognese is ready to serve. You can take it with sauces and dressings. Thanks.
