  10. Get 1 teaspoon Oregano
  11. Prepare 1 tablespoon Sweet Corn kernels
  12. Take 1/4th teaspoon pepper powder
  13. Take 1 Green Chilli finely chopped
  14. Take 1 /4 th teaspoon Salt or to taste
  15. Make ready 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice (optional)
  16. Prepare Other ingredients
  17. Take 1 teaspoon Mustard sauce
  18. Take 2 tablespoons Pasta sauce
  19. Make ready 1/4 th cup shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
  20. Prepare 2 cheese slices

Toss the red onion, yellow pepper, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, balsamic vinegar, oregano, salt and freshly ground black pepper all together in a large bowl. Cut focaccia horizontally in half; spread pesto over cut sides. On bread bottom, layer the ham, turkey, pastrami, cheese, onion and tomato.   1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and sauté till it is lightly cooked.

  3. Now add in garlic, black pepper powder, oregano and salt and mix well. Drizzle lemon juice and mix well amd switch off the flame.
  4. Assembling of the sandwich - Take focaccia bread and make a horizontal slit in the middle. (You can toast them if you want to)
  5. Now spread the pasta sauce on both sides(halves) and top with the prepared veggie mixture.
  6. Add the cheese slices, sprinkle oregano, drizzle 2-3 drops of mustard sauce and lay the lettuce leaf.
  7. Now cover it with the other half on top and press down.
  8. Microwave for 40 seconds so that the cheese melts.
  9. Serve it immediately to your kids and loved ones with a hot cup of coffee.
