  4. Roll the dough out to 10cm diameter disks and allow to rise (2nd rising).
  5. Poke holes in the tops with your fingers, coat with olive oil, and sprinkle with rock salt.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for 13 minutes. The first time, try making a plain version.
