Whisk the eggs. eggnog, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice together in a mixing bowl until well blended. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish. Cook on a greased hot griddle until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired.

  1. Get Toast
  2. Take 6 slices Brioche
  3. Take 2/3 cup eggnog
  4. Prepare 3 egg yolks
  5. Take 2 tablespoons Armaretto/Brandy
  6. Prepare pinch nutmeg
  7. Take 2 tablespoons butter
  8. Get Maple syrup
  9. Get 4 tablespoons butter
  10. Get 5 tablespoons maple syrup
  11. Take 3-4 tablespoons Armaretto/Brandy

Let the French toast cool slightly and then finish with a sprinkling of confectioners' sugar. Whisk the eggs and eggnog together in a large bowl; pour over the bread slices. Add all ingredients, except the bread, to a blender or to a shallow dish and whisk well to combine. If whisking by hand, it's okay if the flour doesn't mix in completely smooth.

Steps to make Eggnog French Toast:
  1. Whisk eggnog, egg yolks, brandy, and nutmeg
  2. Dip the bread in the mixture and fry
  3. In a small pan, melt butter and maple syrup over medium heat, 2-3 minutes until thickened. Add the Armaretto/Brandy

Add all ingredients, except the bread, to a blender or to a shallow dish and whisk well to combine. If whisking by hand, it's okay if the flour doesn't mix in completely smooth. You want the side on the skillet to be nice and golden brown. The soaked in egg should be slowly cooking about halfway up the toast. Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.
