Stir in shrimp mixture, soy sauce, and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. This stir-fry has a lean look. The veggies are cooked in fat-free chicken broth so you get lots of flavor and fiber but no fat.

Instructions to make Broccoli stir fry:
  1. In a hot wok, add oil, add garlic and onions, stir fry until fragnant
  2. Add paprika, vegetable seasoning, salt and pepper and stir, now add chopped vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes
  3. Next add broccoli and stir fry, push veges to the side of the wok and add shrimps, stir fry until pink, push to the side and add the egg into the wok
  4. Stir fry mixing the veges, add tofu lightly stir fry, careful not to break tofu too much
  5. Garnish with green ends of scallion and serve

This stir-fry has a lean look. The veggies are cooked in fat-free chicken broth so you get lots of flavor and fiber but no fat. This might not be a traditional stir fry but it's delish! We like broccoli best in this tofu stir-fry, but any mixture of vegetables you have on hand will work. One way to get great tofu texture without deep-frying is to toss the tofu in cornstarch before stir-frying.
