  1. Get 1/2 cup Maida/Refined Flour
  2. Get 1/2 cup Whole wheat flour

  5. Get 1/2 tbsp Milk powder
  6. Get As needed Warm water
  7. Prepare 2-3 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Steps to make Homemade Tortilla:
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil.
  2. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 10-12 times, adding a little flour or water if needed to achieve a smooth dough. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide dough into portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a circle.
  4. In a greased hot pan (medium low flame), cook tortillas until they turn light brown in colour. Almost 1 minute on each side.
