Fruit Custard is one of the most popular of recent trending meals on earth. It is simple, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Fruit Custard is something that I have loved my whole life.

A fruit custard is basically made by mixing fruits with custard sauce. This delicious dessert is also known as fruit salad with custard. Fruit custard is a dessert made by mixing chopped seasonal fruits with chilled cusard sauce. Custard is a saucy dish that was traditionally prepared with cream, milk and eggs.

To begin with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook fruit custard using 7 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Fruit Custard:
  1. Make ready 500 ml Milk
  2. Get 1/4 cup Sugar
  3. Take 1 Apple (Chopped)
  4. Take handful Mixed Dry Fruits
  5. Get Milk Custard Powder Mixture
  6. Make ready 1/2 cup Milk (Out of 500 ml Milk)
  7. Take 3 tbsp Custard Powder

You can also add chocolate chips or tutti frutti, coconut flakes. Fruit custard is also called Fruit salad with Custard and is a sweet dish loaded with goodness & flavor of different fruits. Dump your choice of fruit evenly in the pan. Fruit Custard is a simple milk-based party favorite and summer favorite dessert that can be enjoyed by everyone, from the kids to grown, and they will eat it with great joy.

Instructions to make Fruit Custard:
  1. In a small bowl, add 1/2 cup milk. To it, add 3 tablespoons custard powder. Mix well to make a lump free mixture and set aside.
  2. Heat the remaining milk in a pan. Add sugar. Cook until it dissolves.
  3. Add the custard mixture. Cook until the mixture thickens. Keep stirring continuously. Remove from heat and transfer it to a container. Cover with aluminium foil/cling wrap to avoid the formation of cream layer on top. Cool the custard completely. Keep it in refrigerator for about 3 or 4 hours.
  4. Add the fresh fruits only when you are ready to serve the custard. I added chopped apple. You can add fruits of your choice. Spoon the custard to a bowl. Add chopped apple. Mix it. Garnish it with some chopped apple and dried fruits.
  5. Serve the Smooth and Velvety Fruit Custard chilled.

Dump your choice of fruit evenly in the pan. Fruit Custard is a simple milk-based party favorite and summer favorite dessert that can be enjoyed by everyone, from the kids to grown, and they will eat it with great joy. Stir the chilled custard and spread it into the prepared crust. The fruits that work best are - Apple, banana, strawberries, blueberries, mango, pomegranate seeds, papaya, grapes (preferably cut into half). You can add honeydew, cantaloupe to your custard if you choose to but I don't.
