Hey everyone, hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, we’re going to prepare a distinctive dish, stacked tortillas. It is one of my favorites food recipes. This time, I’m gonna make it a little bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Stacked Tortillas is one of the most popular of current trending foods on earth. It’s appreciated by millions every day. It is easy, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. Stacked Tortillas is something that I’ve loved my whole life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To begin with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook stacked tortillas using 23 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Stacked Tortillas:
  1. Prepare For marination:
  2. Make ready 1/2 kg boneless chicken
  3. Take 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  4. Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  5. Make ready 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1 tbsp tandoori madala
  7. Take 1 tbsp olive oil
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice
  9. Make ready As per taste Salt
  10. Get For Tortilla stack:
  11. Make ready 4 tortillas
  12. Make ready 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  13. Get 2-3 tbsp fresh cream
  14. Get 1/4 tsp paprika powder
  15. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper
  16. Make ready As per taste Salt
  17. Get 1/4 tsp mixed herbs
  18. Get 2 tbsp milk
  19. Take 1 cup cabbage chopped
  20. Prepare 1 big onion chopped
  21. Get As required Cheese slice
  22. Take As required Shredded cheese
  23. Take As per taste Tomato sauce, chilli sauce
Steps to make Stacked Tortillas:
  1. Marinate all the ingredients for an hour. Heat 1 tsp butter add marinated chicken, add little water & cook till done & dry. - Let the mixture cool & coarsely blend it in blender.
  2. In a bowl take finely sliced cabbage & onion. Add mayonnaise, fresh cream, salt, paprika, pepper powder, mixed herbs & 2 tbsp milk. - Mix well & add the chicken & mix well.
  3. Place tortilla, add tomato & chilli sauce, add chicken mix, sprinkle some veggies & add cheese slice. - Place tortilla & again continue the same process. - In the second stack I used grated cheese. Third stack again cheese slice.
  4. I made of 4 tortillas you can use more or less as per your wish. You can also add vegetables of your choice too. - Bake it on 180° for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven, wait for few minutes & cut into pieces & serve.
