To get started with this particular recipe, we have to prepare a few components. You can cook morning breakfast using 9 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Morning Breakfast:
  1. Make ready 1/2 packet rice vermicelli
  2. Make ready As per taste Salt
  3. Prepare 1 tbsp lemon juice
  4. Prepare 6-7 curry leaves
  5. Take 1/2 cup soaked chana dal
  6. Get 2 medium sized chopped onion
  7. Prepare 3 green chillies chopped
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  9. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Morning Breakfast:
  1. Take a half kadhai of water put salt. Keep for boiling turn off-gas. Put rice vermicelli cover the lid. Keep as it is for 2-3 minutes. Once get soft drain water. Keep aside.
  2. Take another pan heat oil put mustard seeds start crackling add curry leaves and chana dal fry little add chopped onion. Fry till translucent add salt & green chillies.
  3. Now turn off the flame add drained vermicelli add lemon juice mix thoroughly and cover it. Keep 1-2 minutes and ready to enjoy rice vermicelli. If want can garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
