Custard is one of the most popular of current trending meals on earth. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s appreciated by millions daily. Custard is something which I have loved my whole life. They’re nice and they look wonderful.

Cook and stir milk, vanilla extract, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove mixture from heat before it comes to a boil. When the cornstarch is dissolved, slowly add the rest of the milk and sugar, and cook over moderate heat until the sauce starts to thicken and comes to a boil. Remove casserole from pan; serve custard warm or chilled.

  1. Prepare 1/2 litre milk
  2. Get 2 tsp custard powder

Steps to make Custard:
  1. Take 1/2 cup cold milk, add 2 tsp custard powder. Heat milk in a pan, let it boil, add sugar and mix well.
  2. Add custard mixture. Cook for 2 mins. on low flame. Turn off the flame. Let it cool down. Chopped dry fruits like almonds, raisins, pistachios.
  3. Add almonds,raisins,pistachio in custard. Mix well. Refrigerate for one hour. Serve chilled custard.
