Hey everyone, I hope you are having an amazing day today. Today, I’m gonna show you how to prepare a distinctive dish, chocolate donuts. One of my favorites food recipes. For mine, I will make it a bit tasty. This will be really delicious.

Chocolate donuts is one of the most popular of current trending meals in the world. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It’s enjoyed by millions every day. They’re nice and they look fantastic. Chocolate donuts is something which I have loved my entire life.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook chocolate donuts using 7 ingredients and 9 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Chocolate donuts:
  1. Get Milk
  2. Get Yeast
  3. Make ready Sugar Powder
  4. Make ready Salt
  5. Take Butter/Cooking Oil
  6. Make ready Maida
  7. Make ready Sprinkles/Gems for Decoration
Instructions to make Chocolate donuts:
  1. Add 1/4 cup Milk, 1 Spoon Yeast, 1/4 Cup Sugar Powder in a blow and mix it properly till the yeast melts, beat the Mixture for 2 min with Beater and then cover the bowl with Plate and let it rest for 15 minutes. (In the Process, Yeast will soak nicely in the milk in 15 minutes).
  2. Take empty bowl and add 1 cup Maida, salt as per taste, 2 spoon of Butter or cooking oil as per Choice and then add the Mixture of Yeast which we have prepared in the STEP 1.
  3. Mix all the Mixture in STEP 2 and Knead the dough nicely till it turn into soft dough, initially it will be sticky, but as required you can add little Maida and knead the dough as much as you can, so that dough will become soft and donuts will become spongy.
  4. Now we need to grease the dough on the top with butter in a bowl so that the dough won’t get dry and then cover the bowl with plate/lid and let it rest for 60-70 minutes.
  5. After 60-70 minutes dough will rise double, you we need to knead it again for 5 minutes and then the dough is ready to roll.
  6. You can take Parchment paper/ Baking paper to roll the dough, so that you can maintain nice shape of donuts and will not be sticky on the bottom, while rolling and also it will be easily to fry. Roll the dough slight thick and then cut it with donut cutter or else with two different size of cutter(steel or plastic dabba / lid of any bottle) and remove the extra dough to make other donuts.
  7. Once the Donuts are ready cover it with cloth to puff up for 15 mins.
  8. After 15 minutes Donuts are ready to fry. Fry the Donuts on Medium or low flame till the Donuts turn Golden Brown from both the sides and should cook properly from inside too. (Fried crispy and spongy Donuts are ready).
  9. Heat Pan with hot water into it and keep the chocolate bowl on that hot water pan and Melt the Dark Chocolate to coat the Donuts, Once the Chocolate is melt, you can coat the Donuts with Chocolate and Decorated with Sprinkles/Gems as per choice.
