Cook and stir milk, vanilla extract, and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering. Remove mixture from heat before it comes to a boil. When the cornstarch is dissolved, slowly add the rest of the milk and sugar, and cook over moderate heat until the sauce starts to thicken and comes to a boil. Remove casserole from pan; serve custard warm or chilled.

The ingredients needed to make Custard:
  1. Get 2 cup milk
  2. Get 3 tsp custard Powder
  3. Take 1 cup mango cut into pieces
  4. Make ready 1 banana cut into pieces
  5. Make ready to taste sugar
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp vanilla essence

Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla together in a bowl until completely combined. Place cups in a baking pan and fill pan with enough hot water to reach halfway up the sides of the custard cups. Allow milk to scald (heat to the point when tiny bubbles form around edges of pan). Whisk occasionally to prevent cornstarch from clumping on bottom edges of pan.

Steps to make Custard:
  1. In a pan add milk and boil it.
  2. Now in a bowl add some cold milk and custard Powder.mix it well.
  3. Now add it into the milk stir it nicely.then add sugar and stir it.
  4. Now cool down it on room temperature
  5. Add mango and banana.mix well.keep it in the fridge.
  6. Serve chilled.

Allow milk to scald (heat to the point when tiny bubbles form around edges of pan). Whisk occasionally to prevent cornstarch from clumping on bottom edges of pan. Remove milk mixture from heat, preferably to a burner that's turned off. Place the custard cups in a large baking pan with sides that are nearly as tall as the custard cups. Pour the hot water around the custard cups, being careful not to spill any water into the cups.
