  1. Seive together maida & custard powder.
  2. Creame together butter & sugar till fluffy.
  3. Add the refined flour mixture gradually & starts kneading.
  4. While kneading do not apply more pressure. If the mixture is dry,you are not able to shape it, then add little butter as required.
  5. Shape the dough into medium size balls & then shape them with a cookie cutter.
  6. Place the almonds on the cookies.Arrange them one by one maintaining some gap from each other on a baking tray grease with some butter.
  7. Bake the nankhatai in a preheated oven for 15 mints.
