3. Let Dough Rise: Lightly grease a large bowl with oil or butter. Place the dough in the bowl. Cover the bowl with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or a clean kitchen towel. Allow the dough to rise in a relatively warm environment for 1 hour or until double in size.
4. Shape Donuts: When the dough is ready, punch it down to release the air.Remove dough from the bowl and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out until it is 1/2 inch thick. Use a doughnut cutter and cut the donuts.
5. Place it on parchment paper. Let it rest for 10mins to rise.
6. Heat oil in a pan at medium flame. Add 2-3 doughnuts at a time and cook for 1 minute on each side. Remove carefully and set aside to cool.
7. Melt the dark chocolate with little butter.Now dip one side donuts into the melted chocolate & garnish with sprinkles.Keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 mins till the Chocolate sets. Enjoy your donuts.
