  8. When the cakes come out leave to cool slightly and then take them out of the tins and put on a cooling rack.
  9. Whip the cream in a bowl until soft peaks form, add the icing sugar and stir in.
  10. When cakes are cooled, spread some jam over the bottom layer of the cake. Pipe the cream on top of the jam and and when that layer is covered add other layer on top.
  11. Pipe cream on top of the cake around the edge. Add the strawberries and dust the icing sugar on top.
