The ingredients needed to make Nutty Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Prepare 100 g 70% dark chocolate
  2. Prepare 4 tbsp coconut oil (can sub butter if you prefer)
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup almond or peanut butter
  4. Prepare 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  5. Prepare Pinch salt
  6. Get 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
Instructions to make Nutty Chocolate Fudge:
  1. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in the microwave or in a bowl over a steaming pan on the hob.
  2. Remove the bowl from the heat, allow to cool and then stir in the rest of the ingredients except for the chopped hazelnuts.
  3. Pour into a small dish lined with parchment paper (I know the photo shows clingfilm but it stuck and was difficult to get out so I suggest paper would be better).
  4. Chill in the freezer for ten mins then sprinkle the nuts on top and continue to chill until set in the fridge.
