To get started with this recipe, we must first prepare a few ingredients. You can have burger buns using 6 ingredients and 5 steps. Here is how you can achieve that.

The ingredients needed to make Burger Buns:
  1. Take 1.8 kg Flour
  2. Get 1 litre Lukewarm water
  3. Get 50 gms Yeast
  4. Take 100 gms Castor Sugar
  5. Make ready 5 gms Salt
  6. Get 250 ml Milk
Instructions to make Burger Buns:
  1. Prepare a soft dough with all ingredients keeping 50 ml apart.
  2. Keep the dough for 1 hour for 1st proofing untill the dough becomes double in size.
  3. Knockback the dough and keep it for 2 nd proofing for another 40minutes.
  4. Now, make small balls of 25-30 gms each.
  5. Give milk wash on each balls and bake it in preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for 40 to 45 minutes.
