  5. Prepare Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  6. Get Caesar Dressing
  7. Prepare 1-2 Anchovy Fillets *finely chopped
  8. Take 1 small clove Garlic *grated
  9. Get 4 tablespoons Japanese Mayonnaise
  10. Make ready 1 teaspoon White Wine Vinegar OR Lemon Juice
  11. Get 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce (Lea & Perrins)
  12. Make ready Salt & Black Pepper as required
Instructions to make Broccoli Caesar Salad:
  1. Toast Almonds (OR other nuts of your choice) until lightly browned, then coarsely chop. Today I used Almond Flakes.
  2. Make Caesar Dressing. Lightly season it with Salt & Black Pepper.
  3. Blanch Broccoli in boiling salted water, but do not over-cook as they should remain crunchy. Drain, cool under cold water, then drain well.
  4. Combine Broccoli, Caesar Dressing, Almonds and Parmesan. Add extra freshly ground Black Pepper and serve.
