  1. Take 100 gr aborio rice (80-100 gr usually for one person)
  2. Take 100 gr smoked salmon
  3. Get 150 gr broccoli
  4. Get 2 spoons extra virgin olive oil
  5. Take Vegetable stock
  6. Make ready 1 garlic glove

  5. After 10-15 minutes just check if it's cooked and let the stock evaporate.

Be careful not to overcook it, though, or it will be stodgy. Add the petits pois and lemon juice. Ladle in some of the remaining stock and keep stirring for a couple of minutes.
