  3. Transfer into serving plate and garnish coriander leaves

Keep aside and let it cool. In the meantime boil the potatoes and then peel and mash them. Clean, wash and drain the mutton mince thoroughly. Heat oil in a heavy bottom skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
