  7. Cook the egg and set aside.
  8. Blanch bak choy, bean sprouts in a pot, set aside.
  9. In a pot, boil water and add noodles in and cook until done.
  10. In a serving bowl, add the seasonings and broth.
  11. Add noodles, bean sprouts, bak choy, pork, spring onions, sesame seeds, egg. sprinkle powder on top.
