  4. Mix 2 tablespoons pesto with 200g creme fraiche
  5. Make 200ml vegetable stock
  6. In the saucepan mix the spaghetti and pesto mix and stock
  7. Transfer to an oven dish, mix in the cooked veg. Stir in the spinach. Cover with grated Parmesan
  8. Bake for 30 minutes until cheese has browned
