Parmigiana is one of the most popular of current trending foods in the world. It is simple, it’s fast, it tastes yummy. It is appreciated by millions every day. Parmigiana is something that I have loved my entire life. They are fine and they look wonderful.

To begin with this particular recipe, we must prepare a few components. You can cook parmigiana using 8 ingredients and 3 steps. Here is how you cook that.

The ingredients needed to make Parmigiana:
  1. Get 1 large aubergine
  2. Make ready 250 g mozzarella
  3. Get About 200 ml of passata sauce (see my recipe!!!)
  4. Prepare Parmesan cheese
  5. Get Flour for dusting
  6. Prepare Fresh basil
  7. Get Olive oil
  8. Take to taste Salt
Steps to make Parmigiana:
  1. Wash and slice aubergine. Dry on kitchen paper on both sides. Dust lightly in flour. Heat oil in a pan. Cook until golden brown. Set a side to cool
  2. Preheat oven to 180. In an oven tray, put a layer of passata, then aubergine, then mozzarella, Parmesan and basil. Sprinkle with salt. Continue until ingredients are used up. The top layer should have some passata and a bit of Parmesan
  3. Bake in the oven for about 40 mins until yummy looking. Rest for 10 minutes before serving ๐Ÿ˜Š
