  1. First of all, wash peas and mushrooms properly.
  2. Now take a pan,add 2 spoon ghee,heat it and put jeera,add onion and fry it till golden brown.Now add tomatoes and all spices.Roast it properly.
  3. Now add mushroom and peas and fry for 2 minutes.At last add 1 and 1/2 glass water and cover the pan with lid for 10 minutes.Our delicious veg mushroom matar is ready.sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot with chapaties.
